Delivery modalities.

At Macys Digital we offer delivery and returns of our orders through the logistics operators Tourline, SEUR and MRW.
We have two delivery options:

Home Delivery.
The transport company will deliver the package to the address you give us. The time will be between 24h to 72h once the company picks up the package. In case of not being able to make the delivery in the first attempt, it will try again 1 or 2 times depending on the policy of the carrier, if still not located the package will be left in an office of the transport company so you can go to pick it up.
The shipping cost between the islands is 10€.

Pick up at the shop.
We have a physical shop in Tenerife South, Canary Islands, in Playa de Las Americas, Arona.

Products on request.
Once stock is confirmed and payment is made, it takes between 24 - 48 hours to arrive at the shop and 48 - 72 hours if the customer wants delivery to their home.
