- Order Cancellation
1.1. Cancellation before dispatch If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so free of charge if it has not been processed or dispatched. To do so, you must contact our customer service team within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you will be able to proceed with a refund once you have received it.
1.2. Cancellation after dispatch In the event that your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy detailed below.
- Product Returns
2.1. Return period You may return any product purchased in our online shop within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do so, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all tags and in its original packaging.
2.2. How to make a return To manage a return, follow these steps:

2.3. Exceptions to the return policy - Customised or made-to-measure products: We do not accept returns of products that have been ordered by the customer.
- Hygiene products: For health and safety reasons, returns of hygiene products (such as Headphones, Shaver, personal care products, etc.) will not be accepted once opened.
- Refunds
3.1. Refund process Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take between 48 hours and 72 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method.
